TRIBUTE TO MY MOTHER GLADYS AMENE BEDIAKO
16th September 1933 - 27th September 2002

Eric Nyarko-Aboagye

Life is very fragile, it can end at any
moment. The sudden death of my
Mom has surprised me.
Gladys Amene Bediako was
66 years young.

However as stated in Acts 24:15
“I have hope towards God, ... that
there is going to be a resurrection
of both righteous and the
unrighteous”

Maa, (as I affectionately call my
mom), I thank you for your love
and care for me all the years.
You were the strict disciplinarian
who did not spare the rod to spoil
the child. But I have now grown up
to appreciate the benefits to be
deprived from your training.

I want to thank you for all the
wonderful things you have done
for me, the lessons you have
taught me, the love you have
shown me, for always being there
when I needed you, for guiding me
in the right direction yet letting
me still be myself.

You have instilled in me the
values of ife. You sacrificed
so much for me, and did it
willingly, you gave me love
and soothed me pains.
I was always first to you.

So many tears I've cried, I'm sad.
I have many wonderful memories
with my Mom, but the thing that
stands out in my mind is the
way she has always believed
in me and stood by me through
good and bad times.

You has been a source of strength
and comfort for me all these years.
I try every day to show her how
much she means to me and how
much I love her.

I admire her so much and hope
that I have turned out to be the
son she always wanted.

Thank you Maa for all you've done.
You are a blessing and a treasure
to me.

But you still live within my heart
you never really died. I Love You.

Damirifa Dua Afua Baby!!!
Damirifa Dua Afua Amene!!!
Damirifa Dua Maa!!!
